Everything you need to know about booking with Travel People
Go to our Flights page, enter your origin, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers. Click Search Flights, choose your preferred flight from the results, then proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference immediately after payment.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers — all processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave. All transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted.
Tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Hotel cancellations depend on individual hotel policies (shown during booking). Flight changes/cancellations are subject to airline policies. Contact our support team to process any changes.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval, to the original payment method. Mobile Money refunds may arrive sooner (1–3 business days).
For tours and most hotel bookings, your digital booking reference (shown in your email and dashboard) is sufficient. For international flights, you may need to show your e-ticket at check-in. We recommend saving your confirmation email.
Log in to your Travel People account and navigate to My Dashboard > My Bookings. You can view all booking details, download invoices, and manage your reservations from there.
Travel insurance is not included in our packages by default. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance separately. Our team can recommend reputable insurance providers.
Visit our agent registration page and complete the application form. Once approved, you'll get your own dashboard, unique referral link, and earn up to 8% commission on every confirmed booking.
Yes! When searching for tours or hotels, simply select the number of guests/persons. For flights, you can add multiple passengers and fill in their details during the booking process.

Hotel prices on our platform are per room, per night. The listed price is for the selected room type and does not include additional guests beyond the listed maximum unless stated.
We take data security seriously. All data is stored securely, we do not store payment card details (handled by Paystack/Flutterwave), and we never sell your personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
