1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Travel People LTD's platform at travelpeoplegh.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Travel People LTD provides an online travel booking platform enabling users to search, compare, and book flights, hotel accommodations, tour packages, and other travel-related services. We act as an intermediary between travellers and travel service providers.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
  • A 5% service fee is added to all bookings to support platform operations.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a booking reference number.
  • Travel People LTD is not responsible for airline, hotel, or tour operator price changes before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Tours: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour date. 50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours before. No refund within 24 hours.
  • Hotels: Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please check individual hotel policies during booking.
  • Flights: Subject to airline policies. Airline change/cancellation fees apply.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and current.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during booking.
  • You are responsible for your conduct during travel arrangements.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is your personal responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Travel People LTD acts as an agent for travel service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or failures of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party providers. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
